We’re a locally owned CBD and hemp wellness store based in Schererville, Indiana, and part of Lifted Ventures, Inc.—a company driven by innovation, premium quality, and a tech-savvy, customer-first mindset. Our mission is to help people feel their best by making hemp-derived wellness products accessible, educational, and approachable.

About the Role

As a Store Associate, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers discover the benefits of CBD and hemp-based products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our business. This is a great opportunity to grow with us as we expand!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver top-notch customer service and help customers find the right products for their needs
• Stay informed on our products and their benefits (training provided!)
• Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Handle sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Support inventory tasks like restocking, creating purchase orders, and tracking product levels
• Follow store policies and state/local compliance regulations
• Be a team player—helping with store open/close duties and supporting wherever needed
• Bring positive energy to the team every day

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic
  , dependable, honest, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator who loves helping people
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest or knowledge in cannabis is highly valued
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
• Looking for daytime during weekdays and weekends
• Must have transportation

Compensation & Growth

• Pay: $12/hour + opportunities for performance-based incentives
• Advancement: Room to grow into leadership roles such as Store Lead (Associate Manager) or General Manager as we continue to expand
