Specialist Field Operations

Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Specialist, Field Operations, supporting multiple stores to deliver consistent, high-performing retail execution. In this role, you'll serve as the operational expert for your region, partnering with store leaders to implement company standards in merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention. You will analyze store performance metrics, identify process gaps, and roll out action plans that improve productivity, in-stock levels, and the athlete (customer) experience.

You'll train and coach store teams on best practices, operational systems, and new initiatives while modeling our values of integrity, teamwork, and passion for sports. This role requires frequent on-site store visits, clear communication, and strong collaboration across field and corporate partners. • Support rollout of company programs, promotions, and seasonal transitions
• Collaborate with corporate partners to share field feedback and refine processes
• Monitor compliance with loss prevention and safety standards
