Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
• Operate POS system accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain merchandise standards, including stocking, folding, and visual displays
• Support inventory tasks such as tagging, restocking, and cycle counts
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and front-end
• Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and services to drive revenue
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and service standards
• Follow cash handling, loss prevention, and safety procedures
• Respond to customer questions about sports products, brands, and features
• Participate in training and coaching to build product and service expertise
