Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to identify worn and damaged parts;
Keep equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance work; installing component and part upgrades, completing winterization procedures, and addressing work orders;
Corrects vehicle deficiencies by repairing and adjusting components related to fuel, brake, steering, and hydraulic systems;
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs;
Operate hand tools and power tools to service heavy equipment
