Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field is required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of relevant experience in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field may be accepted, in addition to the minimum experience requirements outlined below.
Minimum ExperienceFive (5) years of experience in Industrial/Occupational Safety, Commercial Truck Fleet Vehicle Safety, Logistics/Transportation, Surface Operations Safety, Network Operations Safety, Air Operations Safety, or Fed Ex Operations Management is required.
Knowledge,Skills And Abilities
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of concepts, practices, regulations and industry trends related to industrial/occupational/on-road fleet vehicle safety.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or confidential information clearly.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong investigation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
Substantial travel will be required.
Pay TransparencyPay: 5,960.29 - 9,834.48
