Plumbing Project Manager

• Oversee plumbing construction projects from initial planning through final completion
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
  
  Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support and lead field teams to meet performance goals
• Maintain organized documentation including RFIs, submittals, and project reports

• Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes 1‑hour lunch)

• Base salary $75,000 annually
• Additional performance‑based bonuses twice per year

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience managing construction or plumbing projects
• Ability to manage projects from kickoff through closeout
• Experience handling budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Familiarity with project management tools (Service Titan, Procore, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Texas Plumbing License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
