As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Service Coordinator to join our team and support the daily operations of our service department.

Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs.

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

On Call: Rotational on‑call of 1 week per month. We provide a flexible schedule on the days you are on call to allow you to go home early before calls are forwarded off for the day, with no calls handled after 10 pm.

Position Summary

Manage incoming calls, build relationships with our customers, evaluate their needs, and schedule work based on priority and availability. This role supports field plumbers by coordinating job information, ordering parts, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, work orders, payments, and warranty claims, while maintaining organized and up‑to‑date customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and follow up after service completion.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to field plumbers, including coordinating parts orders and relaying necessary job or technical information.
  • Ensure all invoices, payments, and required documentation are submitted promptly and accurately for each completed service call.
  • Review and verify invoices daily for accuracy and completeness.
  • Batch and post invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Process and maintain service work orders in the system.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer account records.
  • Process warranty claims in a timely and organized manner.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably within the service industry.
  • Experience working in a trade‑related field is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining professionalism with customers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred.
