Position: Beyond the Meter Customer Service Representative
  • Base Pay $19.00 / Hour

Beyond the Meter Customer Service Representative Pay

The minimum starting pay for this role is $19.00/hr plus bonuses that are tied to a multitude of organizational benchmarks set forth annually. Pay will be determined by skills, qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer experience with empathy when addressing problems and providing solutions
  • Process job orders and service tickets while prioritizing calls according to their urgency
  • Utilize effective and efficient communication with customers and other GVEC employees
  • Follow up with customers on estimates for service, financing tasks and other items
  • Receive and record information for all calls and provide technicians with vital information about jobs, obstacles and requirements
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely assistance
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • High proficiency using a computer and integrated phone system
  • Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Active listener with exceptional communication skills
  • Basic understanding of clerical level accounting processes
  • Ability to work a 40-hour, flexible work week schedule
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills - able to effectively troubleshoot minor issues independently
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively evaluate and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently with an impeccable sense of integrity
Preferred Experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a customer service representative or similar position
  • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical products and services
  • Experience with Service Titan
