Customer Service Representative

Do you have a quick wit and a phone voice people actually enjoy talking to? Good. Because we’re not looking for someone to just answer calls, we’re looking for someone who can own the customer experience from the first “hello” to the final booking.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the hub of our operation, handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with dispatch, and making sure every customer interaction leaves a strong impression.

What You’ll Do (The Big Task)

Turn incoming calls into scheduled service appointments while creating a positive, professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
  • Follow and master call scripts while still sounding natural and confident
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with dispatch and management
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
