Main Glass & Mirror Co. of San Antonio - Schertz, TX 78154
Arrow Glass Industries in San Antonio, TX, a residential, multi‑family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities- Must be able to multi‑task with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities.
- Act as a liaison and provide product and services information.
- Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Assist customers before, during, and after a sale.
- Remain patient and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, scheduling, invoicing, and collections is a plus.
- Experience in the glass industry, construction industry, or service/trade industries.
- Customer service preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Starting Pay: DOE
