Front Desk Coordinator – Full-Time

Savannah Smiles Dental Center | Schertz, TX

Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping patients while keeping a busy office running smoothly? Savannah Smiles Dental Center is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous dental front office experience is REQUIRED, and excellent customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

As our Front Desk Administrator, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors until they check out.

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently
  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Collecting and updating patient information and required forms
  • Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
  • Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
  • Verifying dental insurance benefits and obtaining complete insurance breakdowns
  • Reviewing schedules to help maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and financial information
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Assisting with general administrative and front office duties as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous dental front office experience minimum 1-2 years
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing patient financial responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
