Bilingual School Psychologist (English/Spanish)

Location: Schertz, TX
Setting: K–12
Schedule:
Full-Time, 37.5–40 Hours per Week, Onsite Required
School Year: 2026–2027

Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
  • Active Texas School Psychologist certification (LSSP) required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Experience conducting psycho educational evaluations in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of special education eligibility, assessment practices, and ARD/IEP processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Pay: $45+ per hour
, based on experience

Position Details
  • Full-time onsite position (onsite required) for the 2026–2027 school year
  • 37.5–40 hours per week
  • Primary assignment covering two campuses, with the flexibility to provide support across the district as needed
  • Focus on psycho educational evaluations and special education services
  • No counseling responsibilities at this time (subject to change based on student transfers and new evaluations)
  • Educational Diagnostician support is available for all campuses, allowing for strong collaboration and shared evaluation responsibilities
  • Excellent support staff and a highly collaborative special education team
  • Ready to interview ASAP
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psycho educational evaluations and re-evaluations
  • Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
  • Collaborate with Educational Diagnosticians, teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
