We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Graduate Engineer, Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT), or Registered Sanitarian (RS) to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience and contribute to exciting and unique projects.
Qualifications- Ability to perform basic engineering design and analysis for OSSFs, site utilities, and related civil/environmental systems.
- Proficiency with engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), plus solid computer skills in standard office software.
- Strong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering field (or in progress), or credential/eligibility as an EIT or Registered Sanitarian.
- EIT or RS certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and interact professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of local and state environmental and wastewater regulations in Texas is preferred; willingness to learn regulatory frameworks is essential.

- 10-20 hours per week during weekday, daytime hours.
