Flexible Scheduling Options- Traditional 5-day, 8-hour schedule
- Four 10-hour days
- Three 10–12-hour days
- $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
- Paid based on clock-in/clock-out
- Flexible models may include additional pay-per-visit options if desired
- On-site mentorship with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy
- Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases
- Clinical Competency Specialist for specialty‑specific training
- Flexible schedules that prioritize work‑life balance
- Diverse pediatric caseload to expand your clinical expertise
- Leadership development pathways
