• Compensation:$70,000 – $90,000 annually for full‑time
• Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Friday
• Productivity: Manageable expectations (26/40 hours direct care)

• Mentorship across Speech, OT, and PT disciplines

• Partner with a collaborative team to deliver high-quality, child‑centered care
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans

• CCC‑SLP ONLY with at least 1 year of pediatric experience
• Active Texas SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• A passion for continuous learning and making a difference
