Summary
Ensures all lenses and job tray work tickets are properly seated into job trays prior to generator processing. Uses touch screen display control functions to perform jobs. Clears minor errors pertaining to production and correctly places units into automatic loading positions. Examines and replaces tools used in generator processing. Performs support functions as necessary within the generator area. Performs general daily and weekly maintenance.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.62 per hour
Essential Responsibilities- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
- Perform process steps as defined by area/department.
- Prioritize tray processing based on FIFO.
- Properly prepare tray for processing.
- Visually inspect lenses for defects.
- Diagnose, reset, and monitor machine errors as needed.
- Communicate and escalation with peers and leadership.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and overall facility.
- Practice and comply with all safety requirements to promote a healthy work environment.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience & Background- Conventional Surface Tech Endorsement for chemical handling.
- One to three years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read English to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical SkillsGeneral mathematical skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Reasoning Ability- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions.
- General problem‑solving abilities.
- Exhibit sound and accurate judgment, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
The associate is required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle, feel, pick or pinch, and talk or hear most of the time. The associate is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. Noise levels are moderate. Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
