Quality Assurance:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Pratt's Quality procedure to ensure only top-quality products are delivered to customer.;
Operational Efficiency:
Maximize machine utilization by running equipment at optimal capacity and speed.;
Training & Development:
Assist in training new team members, including Assistant Machine Operators and Production Utilities.;
Reporting & Maintenance:
Complete daily reports on production data, machine status, safety, and quality.
