2 shift; night) Lumber Assemblers

Job Description

Marathon Staffing and a global family lumber company is seeking candidates for multiple temp-to-perm, 2nd Shift Assembler positions available immediately in Schertz, TX!!!

Duties include, but may not be limited to:

- Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation.

- Fit parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards.

- Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process.

- Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.

- Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards.

Requirements include, but may not be limited to:

- Experience working with lumber preferred but not necessary.

- Working knowledge of basic math and reading tape measures

- Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions.

- Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and other equipment as required.

- Ability to use nail guns to assemble wood products

Pay rate starts at $14.50 per hour, increases based on experience and full time hire!
