Location:Schertz, TX and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:Provide compassionate home healthcare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes. Utilize electronic documentation through tablets in patients’ homes. Collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver personalized care.
Qualifications:- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Key Duties:
Compassionate patient care, adherence to safety protocols, effective communication, and documentation skills. Flexibility in scheduling, including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
