Security CCTV

Our client is seeking a Senior Security Integrator / Project Manager to perform installation, programming, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections of commercial electronic security (access control) and surveillance systems (CCTV).

The ideal candidate has strong experience with platforms such as Avigilon Unity, Open Path, Pelco, Digital Watchdog, and other cloud-based security systems.

• Install, program, configure, and test commercial access control and CCTV systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose service and equipment issues on-site and remotely
• Plan installations by evaluating locations, determining access points, and developing equipment and wiring layouts
• Prepare for installations by reviewing work orders and gathering equipment, supplies, and tools
• Manage project timelines, scheduling, and BOM (Bill of Materials) management
• Maintain strong customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering technical questions
• Work closely with management to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
• Provide support on additional low-voltage voice and data projects as needed
• Work independently and adhere to installation schedules
• Consult with management on project risks or concerns
• Occasionally work after hours or weekends as project needs require

• Current or previously held Texas Security License (2+ years)
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability
• Experience in business and residential cabling
• Assertive yet patient customer service approach
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (company truck provided)

• Minimum 5 years installing and servicing commercial access control and CCTV systems
• Minimum 5 years troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb 28-foot ladders
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
