Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and guide customers to informed decisions, providing an extraordinary customer experience.
Key Sub Tasks- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training to grow and develop professionally.
- Have or be willing to obtain proper certifications; we can help.
Basic technical skills and a positive, proactive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
