J3 Mechanical Services is a commercial HVAC service provider serving South Texas. This full‑time on‑site role for a Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician is located in Schertz, TX. The technician will perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot equipment issues, execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of commercial systems, assess system efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications- Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC system issues
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge of EPA regulations and adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction and addressing client needs
- Ability to work independently in the field and maintain professionalism in customer‑facing scenarios
- Current HVAC certification or license and EPA Section 608 certification are required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems and familiarity with energy‑efficient technologies is preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
