We’re seeking licensed plumbing technicians with impeccable customer service, strong troubleshooting skills on existing residential homes, with experience discussing and offering options to the customer’s satisfaction, and performing work in a professional manner. Average techs have the potential to earn around $70-90K per year while TOP techs earn $100K or more. We're looking for plumbers seeking to build a career at a company to call home while working with an employer that truly cares for their employees and wants to provide solid careers and room for advancement.
* This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:- Licensed residential plumber
- 3-5 years of existing residential service, maintenance, repair experience
- Excellent customer service skills (able to discuss customer plumbing problems, educate customers, discuss options for repair or replacement)
- Must have clean and current driver’s license
- Must pass national background check and drug test
Qualifications:
- Licensed Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbers with 5+ years residential service experience
- Outstanding communicators who are comfortable working directly with clients
- Professional, well-groomed appearance who show the same pride in their appearance as they do in their work
- People who understand that if we put service first, success will follow
Self-motivated to achieve goals set forth - Must have clean and current drivers license
