The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Schuyler, NE area.

Salary$140,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities- Direct all plant supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Lead the site S&OP process, balancing demand forecasts with production capacity.
- Manage master scheduling and MRP processes to ensure material availability and on-time production.
- Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvements, and storage efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee sterilization operations, shipping schedules, and service level performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to improve supply chain performance.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects across the facility.
- Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related functions.
- Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, production planning, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
