Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs to prevent or minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency and reliability of machinery.
• Record maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize maintenance resources.
