Overview

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility as a traveling Physical Therapist. Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Collaborate with the facility team to support patient mobility, functional outcomes, and overall quality of care.

Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility (Travel).

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and documentation systems preferred

Jackson Therapy Partners Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
