SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring caregivers for companionship opportunities in Scituate, MA
. We’re looking for warm, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and providing meaningful social support to clients in their homes.

• $20 to $23 per hour

As a companion caregiver, you’ll help clients stay engaged, comfortable, and connected while providing friendly support in their daily routines. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing conversation and friendly companionship
• Accompanying clients during walks, errands, or appointments when needed
• Assisting with light household tasks
• Preparing simple meals and snacks
• Helping clients stay engaged with hobbies and daily activities
• Providing reminders and general non-medical support
• Observing client needs and communicating concerns to the care team

• Previous caregiving, companion, or home care experience preferred
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Ability to provide respectful and reliable companionship
