Life Care Center South Shore is seeking an experienced MDS Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Full-time position with day shifts; existing flexibility for full or part-time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include completing and submitting MDS assessments, CCAs, and care plans per CMS RAI guidelines, and educating direct care staff on CMS updates. Must have an active LPN license, 2 years’ geriatrics preferred, CPR certification current.
