. This full‑time position is ideal for hands‑on professionals with 2‑4 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or container planting. The role focuses on managing container gardens, seasonal plant displays, and general landscape care for residential and commercial properties throughout Scituate

• Plan, install, and maintain container gardens, planter arrangements, and landscape beds for Scituate locations.

• Conduct pruning, fertilization, and pest/disease management to promote healthy plant growth.
• Perform routine landscape upkeep such as watering, weeding, soil care, and general maintenance.
• Work closely with clients and team members to achieve desired garden aesthetics.
• Monitor plant health, identify issues early, and apply appropriate horticultural solutions.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment, irrigation systems, and hand/power tools.

• 2-4 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or container gardening.

• Competent in operating landscaping tools, irrigation systems, and power equipment safely.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
