Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in an individual's care plan;
Assist with bathing, dressing, mouth care, skin care, hair care, nail care;
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion; provide or remind about medications;
Document care and be present for RN supervision; log time via EMR/EVV;
Notify RN Field Supervisor for additional services or changes in care plan
