Amivie - - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan;
Assist with bathing, dressing, mouth care, mobility, and toileting;
Provide medication reminders and assist with feeding as required by level of care;
Be present for supervisory visits by RN Field Supervisor as required;
Maintain documentation via EMR or EVV and report planned absences promptly
