Greets visitors immediately upon arrival.;
Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.;
Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors when applicable.;
Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.;
Acts as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling telephone and/or cable problems, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.) and keeps lobby neat.
