This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor located in Scotch Plains, NJ. The Professional Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting and overseeing topographic and land surveys. The role involves ensuring accuracy in land measurements, preparing detailed survey maps, and supporting the precision needed for engineering and development projects.

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
• Knowledge in Building Surveying practices and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to surveying tasks
• Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying-related tools is a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or ability to obtain licensure in New Jersey
• Strong communication and organizational skills
