Responsibilities- Execute precise diagnostics and repairs on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, including heat pumps and furnaces.
- Optimize system longevity and energy efficiency through comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections.
- Deliver an elevated client experience by translating technical findings into clear, actionable solutions for homeowners.
- Document service history and repair outcomes to maintain high standards of service integrity.
- Uphold rigorous safety and environmental compliance standards during all field operations.
- Contribute to team success by sharing technical insights and refining service workflows.
- Engage in continuous learning to master emerging HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
- EPA Type II certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in residential HVAC troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
- Valid 'driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- EPA Universal certification.
- Completion of a formal HVAC technical training program.
- Proven track record of excellence in customer-facing service roles.
