We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will assist with various tasks at construction sites to support the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work site.

• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• General labor cleaning out a shop and loading equipment and parts into trailers.
• May change a tire or two.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Willing to work other than scheduled times when needed to meet deadlines or ensure that daily work is completed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred but not required.
