Inbound​/Outbound Team Member - Call Center

Monster Reservations Group is currently seeking passionate team members to join our dynamic team!

• Pay: $17- $19/hr + weekly bonuses
• Guaranteed pay raise after your first 540 hours!

All positions are in-office and full-time

• Days:
  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Nights:
  Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with vacation package guests to encourage and secure bookings
• Collect payments to finalize reservations, resolve issues, and answer questions
• Assist with vacation planning, destinations, and travel dates
• Build knowledge of travel destinations to provide expert guidance
• Follow scripts to overcome objections, highlight vacation value, and create urgency
• Maintain enthusiasm, deliver exceptional service, and meet/exceed goals
• Apply coaching and generate excitement with energetic delivery

• Positive attitude and upbeat, outgoing personality
• Ability to deliver enthusiastic and engaging service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Great work ethic and consistent reliability
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet production expectations
• Willingness to accept coaching and apply feedback immediately
• Leadership, customer service, or sales experience is a plus!
