Department Supervisor

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department. Monitor and manage the daily production schedule to ensure on-time shipments. Provide daily guidance and direction to the production personnel and maintain a positive environment. Communicate clear expectations to production personnel. Monitor attendance, punctuality and start/stop times during break. Maintain safe and clean work environment and equipment. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.

Ensure the department is continuously producing quality products. Promote and enforce compliance to all company policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a management / leadership role in a manufacturing and assembly environment. 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and management skills. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Some machining operation experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.

ISO / API Quality System knowledge required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
