Community Care Partners in Louisiana (Scott) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care under the direction of a Provider. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and passionate about helping patients.
You will prepare patients for exams, record vitals, administer medications and injections, collaborate with the team, and document care in electronic medical records. A valid LPN license and BLS are required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
