Quality Manager Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Previous Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or manufacturing quality leadership experience in an industrial environment.
- Hands‑on experience managing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting internal quality audits.
- Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Minitab, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and precision measuring equipment, including CMM, Keyence IM, Romer Arm, and other quality inspection tools.
- Experience performing root cause analysis using 8D, CAPA, NCR, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with experience supervising Quality Control personnel.
- Experience with DoD/Military quality standards is preferred.
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, stand and walk throughout the shift, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
