Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and/or actions according to site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and credential checks while communicating with site contacts and escalating issues when appropriate.
