Water Technician

Position Overview

We're looking for a Water Technician to join our team in Lafayette, LA. Starting pay is $16-18/hour, with opportunities for quarterly bonus. The position is located in Scott, LA.

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is a growing company that restores homes and businesses damaged by natural disasters such as hurricanes, fires, water leaks, and mold. Our dedicated team works 24/7 to provide property relief.

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Specialize in water damage from small to large scale flooding projects.
• Learn about different types of drying equipment.
• Perform general labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction.
• Pre‑ and post‑construction clean‑up.

• 1‑3 years experience working on Water Mitigation projects preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be on call for any after‑hours work.
• Hard worker with attention to detail.
• Strong relationship building/maintenance skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and drug‑free.
