Acadiana Landfill LLC is seeking an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role involves safely operating off-road and on-road dump trucks to transport materials within landfill and demolition sites. • Safely operate off-road and on-road dump trucks to haul materials to and from various landfill sites.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicles.
• Follow strict company safety standards and local traffic regulations at all times.
• Load and unload materials as required, coordinating with heavy equipment operators when needed.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job site operations.
• Assist with basic site labor duties when not driving.

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B or higher preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks or heavy trucks in construction, landfill, or similar industries.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug, alcohol, and physical test.
• Strong understanding of safe vehicle operation practices.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, with some weekends as needed based on workload.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are a must.
