CDL Driver

Overview

Lafayette/ Scott lumber yard seeking dependable, hard-working, customer service oriented team player to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition towards customers and coworkers, solid work ethic, team first and can do attitude are essential.

• Primarily shop deliveries and job-sites. Product being delivered consists of plywood and lumber materials.
• Load securement: must have experience with manual transmissions, knowledge on strapping loads, and help unloading trucks.
• Delivery experience in 22’–28’ curtain side flatbed.
• Home every night (schedule: Monday – Friday, some weekends required).

• Current, valid, unencumbered CDL driver’s license is required.
• Clean driving record.

• Salary to commensurate with experience.
• Overtime and bonus opportunities available.
• Hourly rate, weekly pay.
