Fleet Coordinator in Scott, LA Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM

Requirements:
Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, dispatch, or transportation administration preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with data entry and invoice processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of fleet operations and transportation compliance preferred.

Job Duties:

Coordinate fleet scheduling, vehicle assignments, and daily utilization. Track vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, and compliance requirements. Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors. Monitor fleet performance, mileage, fuel usage, and operating costs. Maintain accurate fleet records, databases, and documentation. Process fleet-related invoices and perform data entry. Assist with vehicle acquisitions, replacements, and disposals. Monitor driver compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and insurance claims. Generate reports on fleet utilization, costs, and performance metrics. Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support operations.
