• Manage and oversee healthcare delivery for residents and staff in long-term care
• Travel daily to participate in care across various facilities as per scheduling requirements
• Assess and treat chronic and acute wound-related issues, as well as minor injuries
• Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend necessary follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians, write prescriptions, and perform required bedside procedures
• Work closely with the medical director on resident and staff care

• Proof of Covid vaccination required
• Current, valid registered nurse license in the state
• Active and unrestricted state APRN license or the ability to secure it before hiring
• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Authorization from Board of Nursing to perform medical acts
• Master's degree in Nursing
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to stand and walk for over 4 hours
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds to assist residents
• Lift 10 pounds routinely for essential job functions
• Push/pull over 70 pounds while administering patient care
• Bend, squat, kneel, and twist while providing patient care
• Have depth perception for executing medical procedures

• Exposure to various indoor and outdoor conditions, as well as potential exposure to blood borne pathogens and chemical hazards
• Regular travel required between multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Covid vaccination is mandatory for this position
