Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking NIGHT shift Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPNs)!

We are looking for a team-oriented nurse who is dependable, confident in their clinical skills, and committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Scottdale Healthcare and Rehab is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the evening/shift in our 35-bed long-term care facility.

• 6P to 6A
• Shift: NIGHT SHIFT
• Setting:
  Long-Term Care (35-bed facility)
• Weekend Availability Required

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Ability to function as Nurse Supervisor during shift
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Assist as needed to supervise nursing staff
