Assistant Director of Nursing

Registered Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ADON to join our team in our 35-bed long-term care facility.

Position Details:

• Full Time

• Shift: Day Shift

• Available for On Call Rotation

• Setting:
  Long-Term Care (35-bed facility)

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Minimum one-year Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Weekly wound rounds and infection control

• Schedule staff in Nursing department

• Assist Director of Nursing with duties

• Available for on call rotation

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
