Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center in Scottdale, PA is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ADON to join our team in our 35-bed long-term care facility.
Position Details:- Full Time
- Shift: Day Shift
- Available for On Call Rotation
- Setting:
Long-Term Care (35-bed facility)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum one-year Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Weekly wound rounds and infection control
- Schedule staff in Nursing department
- Assist Director of Nursing with duties
- Available for on call rotation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
