• Assist with sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Help build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
• Support the Center Director and Assistant Center Director in managing and overseeing day‑to‑day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Help monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• As needed, instruct students in‑center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• As needed, work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Passion for / appreciation of math
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate basic math proficiency, provide work authorization, and successfully complete a background check, in accordance with applicable California law.
