Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing & Packaging Equipment
Scotts Valley, CA
Pay: $22.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on manufacturing and packaging equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate and inspection-ready maintenance records
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues to improve operational efficiency
- Complete equipment repairs, modifications, and installations
- Follow GMP guidelines for equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
- Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory
- Troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues
- Adhere to company, OSHA, and hazardous material safety standards
- Communicate project status and maintenance updates with management
- Complete additional tasks and assignments as needed
- Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a company assessment with a minimum score of 80%
Skills:
- Knowledge of Food & Drug GMPs (CFR 111)
- Experience with electrical control systems
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
